Entry Fee:
$12 per contestant
- Late entries will be permitted with an additional:
$20 late fee per 4-H member up to 60 hours (Monday at noon) after the regular contest deadline.
$50 late fee per 4-H member after 60 hours, but up to the time of check-in on-site at an event

7:30 am Agents Arrival & Committee Set-up
7:45-8:00 am – Registration – Lobby Participants and parents wait in Auditorium
8:00 – 8:15 am Group Leader Orientation – Cross Timbers Branch
8:15 – 8:30 am – Participant Orientation – Auditorium
Group Leaders take participants to contest rooms
8:30- 10:10 am – Judging of Classes

Post classes
Lunch will not be provided. You are welcome to bring your own food or visit one of the
nearby restaurants, if you plan to stay for the Fashion contests.
Reasons: The reason class(es) will be determined by the Consumer Decision Making Committee and will be announced at the contest during orientation. Paper will be provided to each contestant for notetaking during judging of the classes.
• Juniors. Juniors will not give reasons. Juniors will receive 2 sheets of paper to write their placings.
• Intermediates. Intermediates will present 1 set of reasons and can make and use notes on paper when giving reasons. Intermediates will receive 2 sheets of paper.
• Seniors. Seniors will present oral reasons on 2 classes. Paper is allowed only for notetaking and studying but will not be allowed when presenting reasons. Seniors will receive 3
sheets of paper.
