The primary objective of the Horse Quiz Bowl contests is to provide an opportunity for youth enrolled in 4-H to demonstrate their knowledge of equine-related subject matter in a competitive setting. The contest will follow the rules and procedures listed in the 2018 revision of the Texas 4-H Quiz Bowl Guide.
