Many 4-H clubs have organized teams that enjoy learning about and participating in county, area and state youth judging events. If your local club doesn’t offer this opportunity, contact the 4-H office for more information. Programs available include livestock, horse, dairy judging and meat identification activities.
If you are planning on competing in a Livestock Judging Contest the 4-H Office must be notified at least 2 weeks prior to the event if a letter needs to be sent to your school to excuse your absence, in order for the schools to be notified in a timely manner.
