MAJOR SHOW TAG ORDER FORMS

NOTES:

• Only one order form per family
• Order all the tags you feel are necessary
• ORDER FORM and PAYMENT must be physically in the Extension Office by the due date on the tag order form. If you mail your order, make sure it arrives on or before the deadline date. Refunds will not be given.
• Ordering tags DOES NOT ENTER an exhibitor into any show.
• Parent(s) and exhibitor(s) are required to present at tag-in with the animal.
• Tags are NOT for participation in the Wharton County Youth Fair.
