2020 Major HEIFER Wharton Tag Order Form - Fillable PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Only one order form per family. Order all the tags you feel are necessary, the Extension Office does not order “extra” tags. PLEASE NOTE: Original registration papers must be in exhibitor’s name by November 1, 2019. Order form & payment must be physically in the Extension Office by above deadline.
