If you have a project for the 2021 Wharton County Youth Fair, you will need to complete the eligibility/excused absence form included below and return it to the Wharton County Extension office by Wednesday April 7, 2021.

As a 4-H member, this form needs to be completed in order to check your eligibility and to get an excused absence from school. If we do not receive your form by April 7th, you will not be excused from school. Please note that you will only be given the day of your event as an excused absence. Please be sure to put a check next to EACH activity/event that the student will be participating in.

This form is required of anyone participating in any activity or event, whether a student is requesting an excused absence or not.
