Major Show Tag Order Due

Please Note: Ordering tags DOES NOT ENTER an exhibitor into any show.
2021-2022 MAJOR SHOW TAG ORDER FORMS
NOTES:
- Only one order form per family
- Order all the tags you feel are necessary
- ORDER FORM and PAYMENT must be physically in the Extension Office by April 12, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. If you mail your order, make sure it arrives on or before the deadline date. Refunds will not be given.
- Ordering tags DOES NOT ENTER an exhibitor into any show.
- Parent(s) and exhibitor(s) are required to present at tag-in with the animal.
- Validation will be held June 28, 2021 at the WCYF Ammann Barn
- Tags are NOT for participation in the Wharton County Youth Fair.
2021-2022 MAJOR SHOW STEER TAG ORDER FORM
Cost: $25/tag
- ORDER FORM and PAYMENT must be physically in the Extension Office by April 12, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. If you mail your order, make sure it arrives on or before the deadline date. Refunds will not be given.
2021-2022-Major-Show-Steer-Tag-Order-Form-FILLABLE
Only use this form to purchase tags for steers for the 2021-2022 major shows. This includes State Fair of Texas, Heart of Texas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston and Austin. (Tags are not for participation in the Wharton County Youth Fair).
Order forms and payment are DUE to the 4-H office by 4:00 p.m., APRIL 12, 2021

Cost: $20/tag
- ORDER FORM and PAYMENT must be physically in the Extension Office by April 12, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. If you mail your order, make sure it arrives on or before the deadline date. Refunds will not be given.

PLEASE NOTE: Original registration papers must be in the exhibitor’s name by November 1, 2021.
Only use this form to purchase tags for heifers for the 2021-2022 major shows. This includes State Fair of Texas, Heart of Texas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston and Austin. (Tags are not for participation in the Wharton County Youth Fair).

If you have not validated your heifer before, or if the heifer has been validated but has changed ownership, registration papers must be in the exhibitor’s name by November 1, 2021. Exhibitors should bring the original registration papers to the Extension Office prior to validation so that they can be scanned.
2021 STATE FAIR & HEART OF TEXAS SWINE TAG ORDER FORM
Cost: $20/tag
- ORDER FORM and PAYMENT must be physically in the Extension Office by April 12, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. If you mail your order, make sure it arrives on or before the deadline date. Refunds will not be given.
