2020 Major SWINE Wharton Tag Order Form – Fillable

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• Only one order form per family.
• Order all the tags you feel are necessary, the Extension Office does not order “extra” tags.
• PLEASE NOTE: All purebred GILTS must be registered in only the name of the junior owner. Family-validated or family-registered gilt of any kind will not be accepted as a valid entry.
• Order FORM & PAYMENT must be physically in the Extension Office by the above deadline. If you mail your order, make sure it arrives on or before the above deadline. Refunds will not be given.
• There will be no orders taken by phone, fax, or email.
• Only use this form to purchase tags for animals being validated for San Antonio, Houston, Fort Worth & Austin.
• Ordering tags DOES NOT ENTER an exhibitor into any show. Tag-In will be held on November 18^th at the WCYF Fairgrounds.
• UPDATED Classification Guidelines. Be sure to check premium books of each show.
• Parent(s) and exhibitor(s) are required to be present at tag-in with the animal. If unable to attend tag-in, parent(s) and exhibitor(s) must make prior arrangements with the Extension Office to sign paperwork.
