FASHION SHOW PARTICIPANTS:
There are two separate forms for Fashion Show Contestants: One is for the Buying Category and one is for the Construction Category. I have attached both to this email. This is a fillable pdf, so you can pull it right up on your computer and enter the information required. They also require pictures. If you have any problems inserting the pics into the documents, just let me know and I can get it fixed up for you.
