Officer Intent to Run Application

The Wharton County 4-H County Council is an organization comprised of elected Council officers and club representatives. The organization stresses youth leadership training and development, and meets to conduct business, educational meetings, plan community service projects, and enjoy the company of fellow 4-H’ers.

Attached you will find the Nomination Packet to be filled out for those individuals who wish to run for a 2022-2023 Wharton County 4-H County Council Officer.

Nomination packets are due back to the office by Noon on April 6th.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Interviews for Officer Candidates will be the afternoon of April 12, 2022. Please sign up for a time slot when you submit your application.
  • Elections will be held at the County Council meeting on May 3, 2022.
  • Elections will consist of Popular Vote, Interview Score and Attendance Points.
  • If you cannot attend, please notify Ms. Laura so that you can submit a campaign speech.
