County Council members are invited to come help the officers pass out candy at the Trunk-R-Treat event, October 31^st at the El Campo Civic Center.

We will have a booth set-up from 6-8. The Theme is “ALOHA HALLOWEEN”, be sure to wear your Hawaiian themed attire!

The County Council Meeting that was scheduled for November 6^th has been cancelled due to voting being held in the classroom.

However there will still be an officer meeting that evening.

Major Show Sign-Up night is November 5^th from 4-7 pm at the Extension Office

This is for all members who will be exhibiting livestock, competing in Judging Contest, Public Speaking, or any other contests that the major shows offer. Please be sure to complete your NEW quality counts prior to Monday.

We still have a LOT of raffle tickets left if you know anyone who would like to purchase one please have them call or come by the office. As of now we are no where close to hitting our goal to be able to assist with contest and activities fees and will have to plan another fundraiser for the Spring. So please, please, please let us know if you know of anyone else who might like to purchase a ticket.
