Good afternoon 4-H Families!

If you have a project for the 2018 Wharton County Youth Fair, you will need to complete the enclosed eligibility form and return it to the Wharton County Extension office by TODAY, Friday, April 6, 2018.

 As a 4-H member, this form needs to be completed in order to check your eligibility and to get an excused absence from school. If we do not receive your form by April 6th, you will not be excused from school. Please note that, you will only be given the day of your event as an excused absence. Please be sure to include EACH activity/event that the student will be participating in along with the specific date of the activity or event.

This form is required of anyone participating in any activity or event, whether a student is requesting an excused absence or not. Please submit this form to the Wharton County Extension Office, 315 E. Milam St., Suite 112, Wharton, TX or email the completed form to stacey.shanks@ag.tamu.edu. You can also fax the form to 979-532-8863.
