2020 Major HEIFER Wharton Tag Order Form – Fillable PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Only one order form per family. Order all the tags you feel are necessary, the Extension Office does not order “extra” tags. PLEASE NOTE: Original registration papers must be in exhibitor’s name by November 1, 2019. Order form & payment must be physically in the Extension Office by above deadline. Good morning! Attached you will find Heifer Order Forms for the 2019 major shows. Order forms and payment are due to the Extension Office on or before August 24 at 4:00 p.m. Tags will not be ordered without payment. Tags are $18/head. Payment in full for all tags ordered must accompany the order form. Ordering tags DOES NOT ENTER an exhibitor into any show. Entry nights will be held in November.
