Happy Monday Wharton County 4-H Families,
We received an update this morning from our Texas 4-H Director that 4-H will be consistent with other youth serving organizations and that we are not to conduct any face-to-face programming until May 4th. Programming does include 4-H club meetings, project meetings, practices, contests, recognition events, etc. As you will notice this is different from what we were notified of on Friday. This is an ever evolving situation and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation during this dynamic time.
In regards to the Wharton County Youth Fair, although our office supports the fair, Wharton County 4-H does not put on the event. It will be your prerogative to attend the WCYF and participate.
