The Owning Your Piece of Texas program is designed for Texas landowners who want to better understand their rights and responsibilities. During this one-day program, attendees will learn about important legal topics that affect land ownership, including liability, water law, and eminent domain. Whether you are a new or experienced landowner, this program provides practical information to help you protect your property and make informed decisions.

Lunch and a copy of the program handbook are included with registration. Real estate agents may earn six hours of TREC continuing education credit.

The Ranchers Leasing Workshop focuses on the legal and practical aspects of grazing, hunting, and livestock leases. Participants will gain a better understanding of the rights and responsibilities of both landowners and tenants while learning strategies for developing and managing effective lease agreements.

Lunch and a copy of the workshop handbook are included with registration. Real estate agents may earn four hours of TREC continuing education credit.
