The month of February has brought a number of new court rulings, agency action, and litigation.  Let’s get caught up on some of the biggest agricultural law stories this month. *US Supreme Court strikes down tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.  The United States Supreme Court issued its opinion in Learning Resources, Inc. v.
