Ordering instructions

2. ENTER CODE: COF106138
3. Read and acknowledge online Terms & Conditions
4. Enter sizes and quantities for each item, and then click “Add to Cart”.
5. Check your selections and make any necessary corrections. No changes may be made after your order is placed.
6. Once your order is correct click “Proceed to checkout”.
7. Enter your billing information.
8. Verify that your order is correct. No changes may be made to an order once placed. Read the terms and conditions. Check the box next to “Yes, I agree with the terms and conditions”, and then click “Continue”.
9. Enter your payment information and click “Pay for Order”. You will receive a confirmation email. Your order will ship to your address.
