Harris Co. Fair – “Food Wrangler Challenge”

New location for the Harris County Fair “Food Wrangler Challenge”.

This is a great event for 4-H members to compete as a team in a 4-H Food Challenge, which is something like an “Iron Chef” contest.  See Harris County Fair website for rules or contact Sheryl Nolen, CEA 4-H at snolen@ag.tamu.edu.

• Date: Thursday, October 19th
• Location: Grace Family Baptist -Fellowship Hall at 106 Bammel Westfield, Houston, TX 77090.
• Who:  Open to 4-H, FFA and FCCLA youth ages 9 to 18 years of age.  See Harris County Fair web site for rules.
• Entry fee is $40 per team which includes a meal for participants and coaches.
• Deadline to enter is October 11th.
