County Council Meeting:
Come out and join Harris County Council! Every meeting we plan our county events and contests, socialize with 4-H members around the county, and participate in a community service project. The council stresses youth leadership training and development, and meets to conduct business, and educational meetings. Our September Meeting will be lead by Ivy Hiner and she will be giving a Water Educational Presentation.
