2017 Major Show Entry Deadline

MAJOR SHOWS- Click on a show for more information:

DEADLINE to have entries IN OUR OFFICE is November 10th

Fort Worth,  Houston,  San Antonio,  Rodeo Austin,  San Angelo

The mail is still unpredictable, so this deadline is to ensure that we get everyone’s entries submitted on time!

What to do:

1. You will need to go to the livestock show websites and print the entry forms.
2. If paying by check, money order, or cashier’s check, make payable to Harris 4-H Fund.
3. Mail the entry forms and payment to Harris County 4-H, 3033 Bear Creek Drive, Houston, Texas 77084.
4. WE STILL CAN NOT RECIEVE FEDEX OR UPS DELIVERIES. Only standard mail!
5. When the entry forms ask for a club/chapter, please put down Harris County 4-H.
6. Make sure the exhibitor and a parent sign the forms.
7. Also, the W9 needs to be in the exhibitor’s name with their social security number and their signature.

4. Quality Counts certification numbers are needed for livestock entries. If you have not taken the test you will need to do so before I can process the entries.  Also, if you are going from junior age to senior age you will need to take the test for seniors.
