Online entry system open from: January 19, 2026 – January 30, 2026 at 5pm
All exhibitors, livestock & non-livestock, are required to complete the youth indemnity form: Youth Indemnity Form
- completed forms need to be turned into your club manager
Scholarship:
Due to the Fair office in March.
Re-Tag Dates:

Re-tags are done in the circle drive next to the Fair Office – the exhibitor MUST call and let the Fair Office know they are coming.
Need to cancel their re-tag appointment, you must call and let the Fair Office know.

TOUR GUIDE VOLUNTEERS
Register to volunteer as a Tour Guide for Kid’s Day 2026!
You must be a 4-H or FFA member, 13-18 years old.
Eligibility form needs to be turned into the Extension office to volunteer.
Dress code is school appropriate clothing.
Field trips are scheduled April 13th and 14th.
