The 4-H year runs from September 1st to August 31st;
we begin each year with zero enrollment.
Member enrollment for the new year begins on August 15th.
Once your family has decided which club to join, you will need to log on to our online enrollment and event management system, 4-H Connect at http://texas.4honline.com.
You will fill out the family profile and the member profile and pay the participation (enrollment) fee. The enrollment fee is $25 per member per year if you enroll by October 31st. After that, the fee increases to $30. There is not a participation fee for Clover Kids. These funds go directly to the State 4-H Program.
If you notice that your enrollment status is “Pending” for more than two to three weeks, please contact the 4-H Office.
There is an optional $5 per family per year for the bi-monthly newsletter that can be paid to your club manager or the 4-H office. We strongly recommend that you subscribe to the newsletter, but it is also on our website for free.
4-H Connect Resources are available at http://texas4-h.tamu.edu/4-h-connect-resources/ to help with navigating the online enrollment system.
4-H participation is designated by your county of residence. If you would like to become a member of 4-H in a county outside of your county of residence but that borders your county of residence then you must also complete an annual Request to Transfer Membership form. Please contact the 4-H office of either your county of residence or the county that you wish to transfer to for a copy of the form and important instructions.
