2022-2023 BCYF Board of Operations Meetings

Meetings will be held at the

Bell County Extension Office

1605 N. Main, Belton

Each meeting will begin at 6 p.m. and will be open to the public.

Dates & Topics

April 12th – Orientation/Intro, General Rule Change Suggestions, Auction Discussion, Judges Committee, Show Photographer

April 19th – Sheep, Goats, Rabbits & Poultry

April 26th – Cattle, Swine & FCS

May 3rd – Horses, Commercial Steer & Ag. Mech

May 10th – Judge’s Committee Report, Livestock Judging, Ag Product ID, Horse Judging, Vet Science Skillathon, Photographer & Final Changes

 The Board requests that Superintendents attend the meeting of their division.

 Any member wishing to address the Board must contact Cheri O’Braden, at 254-933-5309 or cheri.obraden@ag.tamu.edu for placement on the agenda no less than three (3) days before the meeting.
