RE: 4-H and You!

Sent

Dear 4-H Members and Families,

I would like to ask a favor of our 4-H parents and adult volunteers.  I and the officers of the Adult Leaders Association, Teresa Womble, Joshua Seabolt, Joel Lang, and Chris Hibbitts, would like to know more about you and what brings you to 4-H.  Please take a moment to complete this survey.

In the survey, we ask about what makes you passionate about 4-H, employment, your skills and hobbies, and what the Adult Leaders Association can do to help you.  4-H would like to know about employment to assist in our funding campaign.  Some community grants from our local businesses specifically ask if their employees are engaged in programs seeking funds.  Other times, we may put you in touch with other 4-H parents that work at the same company as you to seek employer matching contributions.

As a community based program, 4-H is great at connecting people eager to learn with those willing to teach.  By sharing a list of your talents, we may be able to connect you with a youth who would love to learn about you and what you do.  We may also call upon you to provide guidance or assistance as we grow the 4-H program.

And as we grow, the Extension staff and the Adult Leaders Association would love to learn what we can do to help you and your youth get the most out of 4-H.  So please take a minute to complete this survey.  Please encourage your fellow club members to complete the survey.  And feel free to contact the Adult Leaders Association officers at tarrant4hala@gmail.com or me with any questions or other information you would like to share.
