Sent Dear 4-H Members and Families, We have a couple of opportunities for community service.  Please see the details below. Barn Re-opening The Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo is looking for some wonderful 4-H members to help open their renovated barns.  Stefan Marchman, the Livestock Manager, requested 3 or 4 of our Senior members to come down to the Will Rogers Complex on Monday, December 10th and serve as tour guides to the barns during the official re-opening ceremony.  Volunteers would need to arrive at 1 p.m…. Broiler Chicken Orders

Sent Dear 4-H Members and Families, Please see the attached chicken broiler order form if you are interested in showing broiler chickens at the 2019 Tarrant County Junior Livestock Show.  Minimum orders are 10 birds from which you will choose a pen or pens of 3 birds to show.  Birds are $2 each and orders must be received by TCJLS Poultry Superintendent, Dallas Renfro, by November 9th. 4-H Hunting Coach Training

Sent Dear 4-H Members and Families, Registration is now open for the 4-H Hunting Project Coach training that is being conducted in College Station on December 8 – 9, 2018.  Registration is through 4-H Connect and only open to approved adult volunteer in 4-H Connect.  Parents and volunteers should consider taking this training if they would like to receive 4-H certification to lead a Hunting Project for their club.
