Texas 4-H Enrollment is Moving to TX4H!

Dear 4-H Families,

We are excited to share that Texas 4-H has launched a new online enrollment system called TX4H! This system will be used for Texas 4-H enrollment and will allow families to manage their 4-H members, clubs, projects, forms, and payments in one place. It will be open for registration on Monday, August 17, 2026.

All members and adult volunteers will need to complete enrollment through the new TX4H system for the upcoming 4-H year.

Getting Started

Starting Monday, August 17th Visit tx4h.tamu.edu and select “Create an Account.”

Before you begin, we recommend having the following information available:

  • A valid email address
  • Each member’s date of birth
  • Each member’s grade and school
  • Payment information for the enrollment fee

The enrollment process has four basic steps:

  1. Create your user account
  2. Create your family account and select your enrollment county
  3. Add each family member
  4. Complete each member’s enrollment, including forms, payment, clubs, and projects

The system will automatically determine whether each person is a Clover Kid, Youth Member, or Adult Volunteer based on the information entered.

Enrollment Fees

The current enrollment fees are:

  • Clover Kids: $10
  • Youth Members: $25 through October 31; $30 beginning November 1
  • Adult Volunteers: $10

For Youth Members & Clover Kids

Families will need to complete the required forms, make payment, and select at least one club and one project before submitting the enrollment for approval.

For Adult Volunteers

Adult volunteers will complete the enrollment forms, payment, background check consent, and required trainings. Volunteers must also select at least one club or project to be eligible for the program year.

What Happens After I Submit?

Once enrollment is submitted, it will be sent to the county 4-H office for review and approval. Your enrollment will show as pending while it is being reviewed. This is normal! You will be notified once your enrollment has been approved.

We know that moving to a new system can take a little getting used to. Please refer to the step-by-step enrollment guide attached for more details.
