Good afternoon Tarrant Co 4-H!!
I hope this email finds you doing well. It is time to start thinking about the 2026 Fall Major Stock Show run. I have placed the entry forms in the google drive folder (link is below).
Deadline to get entries to the office is August 12th at 5pm.
There are few things to keep in mind for some of the shows. When filling out the entry forms, where it says chapter or club – please be sure to fill it out as Tarrant Co 4H
State Fair of Texas: – not open for entries yet but be sure to keep an eye on the website.
- Parents are able and encouraged to enter their child’s entry online themselves.
- You will be able to pay your entries online as well.
- Link for this is in a Word Document in the google doc.
- I will then be able to go in and approve the entry once the parent has completed entries.
Four States Fair – Texarkana
- If you plan to go you will complete your own entrie

Entry checks need to be made out to ELEC!!
Also, please note there is a $5 processing fee per participant per show. So, example if you are showing at two different shows your processing fee is $10.
