Fall show entry nights – State Fair – Heart of Tx – United

Good morning 4-Hers!!!

I am happy to share some great news with you!!!!   Heart of Texas and State Fair of Texas have teamed up to make sure that livestock exhibitors get a chance to show this fall.  Therefore; we will be hosting 2 entry nights here at the Extension office on August 18 and August 20 from 5-7pmIf you can not make one of these two days you must make an appointment PRIOR to these days in order to get your forms filled out.  WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ENTRY FORMS AFTER AUGUST 20!!!! (no exceptions).   I will have the forms here at the office for you to fill out once you arrive.  Also make sure that you Quality Counts # is current!!

Pay attention to the dates and times and please plan accordingly!!!!

Parents, I will ask that when you come to the office to complete the entry form that you the only child you bring with you is the exhibitor that will be showing.  Due to Covid 19 we will need to limit the number of people that will be in the room to fill out the paperwork.  And the exhibitors signature is required on the paperwork.  We will be able to social distance in the room.
