Sent,
Hello Tarrant 4-H Adult Leaders,
I hope you all have been staying safe and healthy as we near closer to yet another new 4-H year! Can you believe it is already that time of year? This year will undoubtedly look a little different to say the least, but we are all in this together and we will do everything we can to support you and help you feel prepared.
We will be hosting a virtual Club Manager/Adult Leader Training on Thursday, August 13th at 6:30 pm on Zoom. This training is geared toward the 20-21 4-H Club Managers specifically, but we wanted to open it up to Project Leaders, Adult Leaders, and Adult Volunteers as well if they are interested.
Topics will include general club management, tools and tips for holding virtual meetings, updates on in-person meetings, introduction to the new version of 4-H Connect (set to go live on August 15th), and more!
This training will take place using Zoom. You do not need to have Zoom already installed, the link you will receive will allow you to join from the web without an account. If you would like to pre-install the app on your computer, there is a free account option available. If this will be the first time you are using Zoom, it is recommended that you log on about 10 minutes early to get your device’s camera and mic set up.
It is highly encouraged for all Club Managers to attend if possible. If you are not able to attend, we do plan to record the training and send it out afterwards to those who are unable to attend. If you would like to request the link to the recording, just let myself or Jordan know.
Please use the following link to the Google Form to register for this training:

The registration form will close on Thursday, August 13th at 12 pm. After registering, you will be sent an invitation link to join after 12 pm on Thursday, August 13th.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
