2020 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Premium Payout Update

Sent,

Attention 4-Hers:

For those of you who entered the Houston Livestock Show 2019, please see this message below.  If you had a late entry for the show please go ahead and write and send the thank you note.  Due to the fact that I am not sure if your entry was accepted in time before the show was canceled.  At least by sending in a thank you note there will be a 50/50 change they received your entry.

Please be sure to address the thank you note to Houston Auction Sponsor or to Whom it may concern.  Also, please be sure that you scan me a copy of your thank you note before you sent it to the address listed below.  That way if for any reason something does go wrong and paperwork is lost, I will be able to say that you did send in the required note and have proof that you did.  Sending me a copy is to help you.
