Good afternoon,

The Texas A&M Beef Cattle Short Course youth track program is open to students ages 13-18 and is a great opportunity for youth to learn about beef cattle. The program will feature hands on classes in live cattle evaluation, beef quality demonstrations, beef carcass competition, grilling demonstration, TAMU Veterinary School tour and many more. Youth track participants will also receive the 600+ page proceedings, ticket to the Famous Texas Aggie Prime Rib Dinner and trade show admittance. Registration is limited to 45 youth and early registration is encouraged to secure participation.
