This year we will be hosting a Ranch Horse Program in conjunction with the TAMU Beef Cattle Short Course! The event will take place on Sunday August 5th from 8:00am to 2:30pm at the Thomas G Hildebrand Equine Complex. Topics will include equine nutrition, health management, and forage management along with a session in the arena with professional horseman Jeff Williams to discuss starting and finishing the ranch horse prospect. The cost of attendance is $50 at the door, or free for 2018 Beef Cattle Short Course participants. We are asking attendees to please RSVP via phone, email or using the online link on the flyer so we can get an idea of how many to expect. Please share the attached flyer with those in your county who might be interested in attending.
