The Foundation for the Preservation of Honey Bees, Inc. has announced their 2018 Essay Topic. This year’s Topic is “What’s So Super About the Super Organism in the Honey Bee?”
Please share the attached information with your 4-H members. They do not have to have a bee project to participate in the essay contest. A member from our Texas 4-H Program has been the National Champion the past two years. Let’s try to keep the streak going!

Essays will be uploaded at no fee on 4-H Connect using the “2018 4-H Beekeeping Essay Contest” event. Deadline to submit is Sunday, February 18th. Winners will be announced the week of March 5th.
