4-H Families:
Your County Youth Council Community Service committee has selected “Stand Alone Marines” for its November community service effort. Below is a list of the items we will be collecting. The collections will continue through our December 6th holiday party (see separate emails on that topic).
Stand Alone Marines supports those soldiers who do not receive mail/packages from home. A private donor has offered to cover mailing/postage costs.
Additionally, at both our November 28th CYC Meeting and our December 6th Holiday Party, materials will be available to hand-make cards of encouragement to include with the donations.
Please plan to bring your donations to the November CYC meeting or the December Holiday Party. Help us Make the Best Better!

Canned non-perishable/microwavable foods ( i.e. ravioli, spaghetti, beef stew, tuna packets)

Sunscreen
Medicated Powders (i.e Gold Bond)
Deodorant (light or unscented)
