County Record Book Contest Due Date and Drop-off Procedure

4-H Members and Families,

Record Books are due to the Extension Office by Monday, June 3, 2024, at 5 pm. Below are instructions on how to turn in your books this year:

  • Please make sure you complete this form Google Form Entry at home before you drop you record book at the Extension Office.
  • We will have a plastic bin at the entrance of our office for you to come by and drop off your record book.
  • It is strongly recommended that you fill out the Google Form Entry at home before you drop off your book, however there will also be a sign by the bin with a QR code that you can scan with your phone to fill out the google form.

**Remember, when you are dropping items off or picking them up from the Extension Office, we will not be able to validate parking. **
