Dear 4-H Families,

This a reminder for those of you participating in the Tarrant County Junior Livestock and Project Show to submit your eligibility forms to our office no later than Monday, February 17.  

2024-2025 Declaration of Eligibility Form

When filling out the form please be specific when listing “Name of Activity”.

• Put the individual show(s) you are involved in (ex. Rabbit Show, Poultry Show, etc.).
• I will not be signing forms that only have “TCJLS” listed in the name of activity.

Also, just a friendly reminder that we only submit forms asking for an excused absence for the days you are actually participating.
