2024 Lamb-Breed-Classification-Guidelines Review Final

The TCAAA Animal Industries Committee, the AST’s Major Livestock Show Committee, and the Texas 4-H/FFA Sheep and Goat Validation Committee met with major livestock show classifiers from the 2023/24 show season to review and clarify lamb classification standards.  We do not believe these are major changes, but minor clarifications that should help families understand the standards better.  Please contact your Animal Industries representative with any questions.
