Dear 4-H Members and Families,
Applications are now open to senior level (9-12 grade) 4-H members for the Texas 4-H Water Ambassadors Program.
The 4-H Water Ambassadors Program will select up to 30 students for a minimum 12-month term of service. Those selected will participate in the 7-day Tier I 4-H2O Leadership Academy (tour) June 11-17, 2023, which includes hands-on experiential learning and covers a wide range of important water issues. Over the next year, water ambassadors commit to delivering at least 40 hours of education and service. Students will also engage in continuing education opportunities to broaden their understanding of water and equip them to share their knowledge with their local communities, clubs, schools, etc.

- Those selected are required to pay a $250 program participation fee.
