Hello 4-H Members and Families,
Record Books are due to the Extension Office by Monday, June 7, 2021 at 5 pm. Below are instructions on how to turn in your books this year:
- Masks are still required in all Tarrant County buildings, please wear a mask when coming to drop off your record book.
- Please make sure you complete the Google Form Contest Entry (https://forms.gle/hV1NAdjuEV5ZxtATA) at home before you drop you record book at the Extension office.
- We will have a plastic bin at the entrance of our office for you to come by and drop off your record book.
- It is strongly recommended that you fill out the google form at home before you drop off your book, however there will also be a sign by the bin with a QR code that you can scan with your phone to fill out the google form. This year on Monday, June 7th we will also have an agent with a laptop in the lobby to assist you in filling out the google form if you have not done so.
- If you are simply dropping off your book, you will not be required to fill out a COVID screening form and do a temperature check. If you need to stay and fill out your google form, you will have to comply with the screening form and temp check.
**Remember, when you are dropping items off or picking them up from the Extension office, we will not be able to validate parking.**
