Dear 4-H Members and Families,
The registration for Tarrant County Food Challenge is open. We are lucky to once again have TCU’s Department of Nutritional Sciences as our sponsor and host. The competition takes place on Saturday, November 2nd from 7:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please use the Food Challenge Registration form to register your teams for this event. Registration Deadline: October 11, 2019
- TCU can only host 10 teams.
- The first 5 teams to register will automatically participate in the TCU Food Challenge.
- Teams must be composed of 3 no more than 4 members. Junior, Intermediate and Seniors.
- We may host a cook-off on September 18th at the Tarrant County Office if we exceed 10 team registrations.
We will also be holding a Food Challenge Training Tuesday, September 24th from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. This training will be led by our Nutrition and Health Agent, Alaina O’Daniel and will take place at the Extension office at 200 Taylor St. 76103. (Bluebonnet E Conference Room).
