Good Afternoon,
Livestock Validations are just around the corner and I am looking for some volunteers that would be willing to help with the validation process. What I am needing is some help with looking at the paperwork to make sure that all everything is signed, and all paperwork is together from the students. There will be 4 stations (1 station for each specie) and there will be a check in table at each station. The students will NOT be able to hand you any paperwork until their animal is either on the table stand or in the cute. That way there is not confusion as to who has turned in paperwork.
The stations will be as follows:
Cattle (steers & heifers)
Goats
Sheep
Swine
If you can help it will be greatly appreciated!!!
The dates are June 4 8-11am at the Grapevine-Colleyville FFA barn 3223 Mustang Dr Grapevine.
And June 20 8-11am at the Mansfield FFA Barn 6069 Retta Mansfield Rd Burleson
