Dear 4-H Members and Families,
The County Youth Council would like to acknowledge our graduating seniors as they come to the end of their 4-H career. To that end, all graduating seniors are invited to the CYC’s Graduating Senior Night to be held on Tuesday, May 29th, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. At this final meeting, graduating seniors are encouraged to bring photos and mementos of their 4-H careers to share with the rest of the 4-H community. Each senior who wishes to participate will be provided their own table to decorate and use to display their photos, awards, and past projects. Set up for this event begins at 6 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., a reception is held for members to gather and share again as 4-Hers with their families and the community in attendance.
If you are a graduating senior and wish to participate in this event, please RSVP to Ana Murillo at ana.murillo@ag.tamu.edu. You will need to send a head shot photograph in digital format and a short one paragraph biography into the Extension Office by May 14th so that you can be included in the printed program.
