Attached please find the Judge Recruitment packet for this year’s show. Each of you has validated dogs for the 2018 Texas 4-H Dog Show and have the unique opportunity to help us identify and recruit judges for this event. Some of you are actively showing in multiple organizations giving you the opportunity to observe a variety of judges and their interactions with exhibitors. Others are working with local kennel clubs maybe assisting with shows they host giving you the same opportunity to interact with a wide variety of judges and high level competitors.
While Kristy will be contacting possible candidates from directories and other sources, we have discovered through experience that personal contacts and connections are more successful recruits.
