The 2018 Texas 4-H Dog Show Rule Book is now posted on the State 4-H website.   https://texas4-h.tamu.edu/projects/dog-care-training/   Please note there are some proposed rule changes for 2019 in addition to the current rules.  Because there will be some significant changes in some rules for 2019 we wanted to give members adequate time to prepare.
