We have received information from our District office to share information about the 2018 Texas 4-H Congress event. Please read below new information including the letter with all details.
Attached is the 2018 Texas 4 -H Congress Information Letter. I ask that you share it with all of your eligible 4-H members. This event only comes around on even years, so we don’t want anyone to miss the opportunity. As in the past, if another district/program area does not fill their quota, we could potentially use those slots at the end of the registration process.
NEW FOR 2018: We are having an early-bird registration process for Texas 4-H Congress in order to help our 4-H families not have so much potential 4-H financial commitment during the month of May (Roundup Registration, Leadership Lab, Horse Shows, etc). Please make sure that your families are aware of this cost saving registration period (April 1 to April 30) for those 4-H members who are firmly committed to participating in Texas 4-H Congress. Additional details pertaining to deadlines, roles and quotas can be found in the letter.
