Evaluation Team (Meat Animal Evaluation Team)

The Meat Animal Evaluation Team (also known as Aksarben) is designed for senior students who have completed most of the course outlined within the Animal Science required classes. This competition includes evaluation of live animals, carcasses, marketing skills, and communication skills, and the ability to work both individually and as a team. This team competes in one contest, the United National Collegiate Meat Animal Evaluation Contest held in St. Joseph, MO.
