Dairy Challenge Team

The Dairy Challenge is a new competition for students interested in dairy production and management. In this competition, team members evaluation production information and management techniques of a dairy and make recommendations for improvement. This team competes at the National Dairy Challenge competition, which rotates year-to-year between other land-grant universities.

Students interested in the Dairy Challenge Team should contact Dr. Michael Tomaszewski at 979-845-5709. There is no specific course in which students should enroll to participate in this competition. Training takes place the semester prior to competition.
