Schedule your appointment now for the August 2025 Major Show Entry Nights to complete your 2025 State Fair of Texas, 2025 Heart O’ Texas (including HLSR Archery Contest and HLSR Jr. Commercial Steer) Livestock Exhibitor and/or Youth Contest entries.
Dates: Thursday, August 7th, 2025 & Monday, August 18th, 2025
Time: 4pm-7pm
Location: Fort Bend County Extension Office, Conference Room (1402 Band Rd, STE 100; Rosenberg, TX 77471)
Appointment Reservation: Fort Bend County 4-H: Major Show Entry Night (August 2025)
Important! In order to complete your Major Show Entries on Major Show Entry Night, you must bring
- Exhibitor(s)/Contestant(s) must be present
- Parent/Guardian of Exhibitor/Contestant must be present
- Exhibitor/Contestant SSN, Date of Birth, and Address
- Livestock State Validation Number
- Livestock State Validation Number, Health Papers (applicable for Livestock Breeding Shows), and Quality Counts number (if applicable)
- Payment for entries via cash, check, or Venmo (entries will not be accepted without payment)
