Research Emphasis

Dr.  Chunggil Jung is a postdoctoral research associate in the Texas A&M AgriLife Research Center at El Paso. His areas of expertise are in watershed modeling, application of GIS and RS techniques for water resources management, assessment of climate change impacts on watershed hydrology and water quality, forecasting hydrologic components by artificial neural network, and machine/Deep learning techniques. His current research focuses on hydrological modeling and analysis the impacts of future climate change on the temporal and spatial variability of surface water and groundwater in the underlying alluvial aquifer of the agricultural area.
