One Day 4-H – 2018
Lend a hand to your community on One Day 4-H! This event allows 4-H members, parents, and volunteers help their communities through service projects. Dallas County 4-H’s project has been organized by Assistant Vice President Tessa Tronzano! One Day 4H volunteers will get exercise, meet a great group of folks, and help make the shores of White Rock Lake clean and sparkling!
Our event will take place 10/13/2018 (Sat.) and volunteers will meet at 8:00am at the FTLOTL (For the Love of the Lake) office in Casa Linda Plaza, Buckner & Garland Road (facing Buckner.)
All volunteers will begin with a continental breakfast, register for the clean-up, and collect supplies. FTLOTL will provide all clean up supplies, including trash bags and latex gloves. Please stop by at the training table to get a run down on what to collect and how to sort recyclables from trash. It is recommended for volunteers to wear sturdy shoes, bug spray, and long sleeves or sunscreen.
